HCP’s Tree of Light provides a welcome opportunity to pause and remember loved ones during the busy holiday season.
Please join us for our Harrisburg program on Tuesday, December 2 at 7 pm at its new location, Tree of Life Lutheran Church. Family-friendly programs will be followed by light refreshments.
Your gift supports HCP’s mission to provide personalized, compassionate care and support for patients and families coping with serious illness through the end of life.
With a donation by November 14th, your loved one’s name will be included in our 2025 Tree of Light Program Book.
