Memorial bricks and pavers honor those we have loved and lost. While losing someone is difficult, keeping their memory alive is a wonderful way to show how important they were to us.
The tranquil walkways that encircle our hospice residence and inpatient center are made from thousands of these memorial bricks and pavers, each inscribed with the name of a loved one, forming unbreakable paths of love, peace and memories.
When you purchase a memorial brick or paver, you create a personalized tribute to your loved one while providing other hospice patients and families comfort, compassion and dignity while they are coping with serious illness through end of life and loss. You are invited to visit our memorial pathways any time of year, at your convenience. Maps to help you locate your loved one’s memorial brick or paver are located at the beginning of each path.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your brick/paver can be installed on the Path of Remembrance, picked up at a Hospice office, or shipped to you for a fee. Please choose your preference from the options below. Bricks and pavers will be ordered quarterly and take 4-6 weeks to complete. You will be notified when your brick or paver has been installed, shipped, or is available for pickup.
